There is something magical that happens in a yoga teacher training. A unique bond begins to form on the first day that is unlike any other. Of course we learn about yoga, and more than that we learn to hold space for others, to see others as a part of ourselves, to tap into pur loving kindness in a way that often can't be described with words.This week's Airdrie class was missing one of our members as she was caring for her family. I saw a recent post that said we aren't human doings, we are human beings.
Today instead of a typical "To-Do List" for this Week, try focusing on a "To-Feel List" or a "To-Be List"!
Focus on how you want to feel and who you want to be first, and then create your day or week from there.
